Benita Cooper is a Registered Architect in PA and NJ and a LEED Accredited Design Professional, with 18 years of experience in architecture, interior design and construction management, an MArch from Harvard University, a BA in Architecture and BA in Art from University of Washington. She has received awards from national institutions such as American Institute of Architects and American Architectural Foundation, and has taught at University of Washington and University of Pennsylvania. Her work has been published in Harvard Design Magazine, Architectural Record, Society of American Registered Architects Magazine, Philadelphia Magazine, Foobooz and Eater. Besides designing, Benita enjoys painting, spinning, and playing sports with her husband and sons. You can view some of her artwork here.
