Benita Cooper is a Registered Architect and LEED Accredited Design Professional, with 18 years of experience in design and construction management, an MArch from Harvard University, a BA in Architecture and BA in Art from University of Washington. She has received awards from national institutions such as American Institute of Architects and American Architectural Foundation, and has taught at University of Washington and University of Pennsylvania. Her work has been published in Harvard Design Magazine, Architectural Record and Society of American Registered Architects Magazine. Besides designing, Benita enjoys painting, spinning, and playing or watching sports with her husband and boys. You can view some of her art work here.
