Our menu of services allows you to experience BCD’s design-build process to the level that is right for you. As an optional additional service, BCD can introduce you to our robust alliance of engineers, builders, suppliers, installers and specialists that we have carefully built over time - we will even handpick the right construction partners for your job from our alliance. This includes a general contractor will offer assessments and estimates as part of the design process, to optimize client-architect-contractor communication from start to finish.

In order to promote a positive work environment and also do our part to improve the construction industry, we only work with partners who consistently demonstrate respect, ethics, affordable pricing and superior work quality. Although these separate vendors will always be directly engaged by the owner (and not BCD), the level of support, management and oversight provided for these services provides a value-add not only well beyond the additional fees, but also in the peace of mind that is provided.
