This lovely family came to us with three needs:
Improving the functionality and flow throughout the entire first floor and kitchen.
Honoring their home’s history.
Not dealing with lots of different contractors to get the job done.
Fortunately, our in-house team can handle it all: architecture, design, engineering coordination, construction management, custom furniture, and now custom cabinetry, too! We manage a trusted network of top-tier consultants, suppliers, and builders, who are always ready to provide extra support.
To accomplish our client’s other goals, we added more space by expanding the kitchen windows, adding a welcoming island, and installing custom storage, all while retaining and accentuating original arches and ornamentation.
